here are many reasons why a credit card would be declined. The most common issue is your billing address. Your billing address must match the address that is assigned to your credit card. So if your credit card company sends your statement to your PO Box, then your PO Box is what you must post in our billing address field.  If you have a problem with your credit card, please contact us on the phone. We would be happy to assist you with ordering. 253-627-7114

If you registered at checkout, simply login to your account. This will tell you the status of your order.  Or, if you didn’t register, contact our customer service department.

Your order will typically ship in 1-3 business days, providing your order is received by 2pm PST.

[/accordion-item] [accordion-item title="How is my product shipped and can I get a tracking number?"]

Most of our smaller items are shipped USPS. Our larger items are shipped UPS. We reserve the right to determine the carrier, however you can request a specific carrier in your notes at checkout. Additional shipping may apply.

Tracking numbers are emailed to you by our system and are provided by logging in to your account (registration required) . If you didn’t receive your tracking number and didn’t register, it’s possible our email is in your spam filter.

Contact us by phone or email and we will provide you with a Return Authorization number which should be written on the outside of the box near the address label.

We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover).

We typically ship only to the U.S. However we can ship to Canada in certain instances and other countries if you coordinate the shipper. Please Contact us if you have any questions regarding international shipments.
